Bernadette Van Slyck of Treasures on Townsend has her own recipe for success with her signature approach to recreating spaces with items clients already own and love. Always a few steps ahead, Bernadette launched Treasures on Townsend in early 2009, creating a local venue for earth-friendly clients who would rather recycle then purchase new. Treasures on Townsend created a menu of services that embraces your lifestyles and the changing styles of the home.

Bernadette has more than three decades of experience in home and garden design. Prior to founding Treasures on Townsend, she served as an active consultant for public and private clients throughout Michigan. Before that time, she earned certificates in both interior redesign and master gardening and was educated at the Kendall School of Design.

Bernadette’s dedicated team of professionals has more than seventy-five years of experience working in a diverse range of design, sales, and appraisal capacities. The team’s expertise includes interior design, antiques, collectibles, estate sales, home staging, and fine art.
